The pumpkin book

Pumpkins of every size and kind are the subjects of this book that relates how a tiny seed develops into a favorite of holiday treats. Children learn about the growing cycle of the pumpkin, its history-making debut at the first Thanksgiving, and how a simple member of the squash family can be turned into a glowing face for Halloween.
