References to Salvador Dalí Make me hot and other plays

"Surrealism, magic realism and expressionism are the hallmarks of Jose Rivera's influential body of work. This new volume collects three of the author's plays: References to Salvador Dali make me hot, a lyrical blend of poetry, passion and a woman's longing: Sueno, a reworking of Calderon's life is a dream and Sonnets for an old century, a series of monologues which examines what it means to be alive and the traces that each of us will leave behind."
