Albii Tibulli Carmina libri tres

It appears I have a copy of this book. The front and back covers of this book are tan with brown leather spine and leather corners top and bottom, front and back covers. The copy I have is in excellent condition, at least the pages. The spine and corners (of leather) is peeling. Someone has signed their name on the first page...H. Garlichs August 1831. I don't know if this makes a difference, inscribed on the title page is "editio altera emendatior et auctior." The inside cover front and back is brown, yellow, pink and green as if painted. I don't know what this material is (this inside cover). I can no longer read the title on the spine of this book. This book was in my father in law's library. Do you know what this book is worth?
